Your Voice Matters – Speak Up for Mental Wellness!
If we don’t speak up, how can we say our voices aren’t being heard? As part of National Mental Wellness Month this January,
Finesse Our Minds is calling on youth and young adults (ages 5-35 globally) to join us in reaching 1 million surveys by January 28, 2025.
This survey is about more than numbers. It’s about your mental wellness and the challenges that young people face every day.
We’re collecting surveys online, on campuses, in the streets – anywhere youth exist – to ensure that every voice is heard in shaping a healthier, more supportive future.

These are only a few of the reasons why it’s important to take part in promoting Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Please use these facts and others, including the our infographics on our website, to encourage discussions with your community through social media or other forms of outreach.
These aren’t just numbers—they represent real lives and real struggles. We’ve all got a role to play in flipping the script on mental health and suicide. Whether you're sharing this on your feed, talking about it in a group chat, or making a TikTok to spread awareness, your voice matters. 📲💬
Let’s finesse our minds together by being there for each other, spreading the word, and making sure that everyone knows they’re not alone. 💪🏾🧠
Ready to dive deeper or grab some more resources? Let's keep the conversation going. 👇🏾
