Finesse Our Minds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to users ("you" or "your") of our 24/7 peer support service provided via Discord (the "Service") during its beta phase, until our Upside Down App is available.

Please note: This Service is only available to individuals between the ages of 13 and 35, in compliance with Discord’s minimum age requirement of 13.

   • User Contributions: Any information you post in public areas of the Service, such as group chats or message boards, is shared at your own risk. Please be mindful of what you share in public channels.

   • Usage Details: We may collect certain details of your access to and use of the Service, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data. This data helps us improve the Service and ensure safety.

While our peer support is intended for individuals aged 5-35, due to Discord’s policy, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are under 13, please do not use our Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
